PLAY by PLAY offers movement classes and camps for children between the ages of 3 and 9 in Arlington. Classes are offered as part of after-school enrichment programs at local preschools and elementary schools. Led by a former elementary PE teacher, our goals are to get children active, having fun, and developing their gross motor movements through both exploration and structured games. Children will skip, gallop, slide, jump, hop, leap, volley, throw, catch and more! They will learn about teamwork, fair play and the benefits of exercise. Mini-camps are offered throughout the year during school holidays and vacations. Both the classes and camps will help serve as the foundation for developing specialized sports skills as they get older and will provide them with a chance to learn and practice age appropriate skills in a fun environment.
