Looking for a fun, safe place to let your children play? Dynamite Gymnastics Center, located behind White Flint Mall in North Bethesda, offers open gym sessions throughout the week.

Children (and adults) can swing, bounce, climb and play on trampolines, balance beams, bars and fun foam mats. On select days, Dynamike the Caterpillar, a 40-foot long inflatable obstacle course visits DGC's open gym!

At DGC, your child will benefit from our small classes, fabulous instructors and state-of-the-art equipment. Children of all ages can tumble on our bouncy floors, jump on our trampolines, swing on our bars and rope, and hop across our beams.

DGC offers classes from 9am - 6pm Monday through Saturday, so every family can find a time that fits their children's busy schedules. Older kid classes are offered at the same time as pre-school classes (beginning at 18 months), so the whole family can join in on the fun!

Special Needs

Motion Education classes  are offered for kids with autism, sensory processing disorders, learning disabilities, low muscle tone, down syndrome and other various needs.  Private lessons, inclusion (helping hands) and peer group classes are available.  Classes all include gymnastics and can include specific OT or speech and language focus depending on the needs of the child.

We love coming here to run off energy. We also had my daughter's 4th birthday party. It is always clean and well-maintained. If you go to the mixed age open gyms (after school hours or on days off) they don't keep the big and little kids at all separated, so watch out for your little ones. - Karen M.
